How to order from us
Step 1 - Select and add products to your cart.
Step 2 - View your cart and once you are happy with the contents proceed to checkout.
Step 3 - Once you have made your payment, you will be asked to upload your artwork. If you do not have your artwork ready, you can login to your account and upload it at a later date.
Step 4 - We will take your artwork and create a digital layout. We will then upload this to your account for you to approve. You will be notified by email once your artwork layout has been uploaded.
Step 5 - Production will start once you have approved your artwork.
Frames and hardware that are in stock can be dispatched the next business day.
Custom printed parts have to be made as per order so production times can vary.
Our items are shipped using FEDEX and a tracking number is available.
Shipping/handling costs are calculated per item.
Custom printed items lead time is 10-12 days (working days)
Hardware can be shipping next business day.
